Help Jennifer rebuild her home after Ida
Donation protected
Our dear friend, Jennifer Lindsley, is an amazing teacher, artist, mother, caregiver, and human whose home was rendered inhabitable after it sustained damage caused when Hurricane Ida hit New Orleans. Leaks continue to allow water into the house, and now mold is growing everywhere. Without power there is no air conditioning, and without air conditioning the damage caused by the water leaks intensifies and the mold keeps spreading. The roof and soffits are damaged and now critters are seeking refuge in her house through the open holes. All donations will help cover the deductible and costs incurred that will not be covered by insurance and relief programs.
Jennifer insisted that any donations be given in exchange for a piece of her artwork. She has such a generous heart, and her artwork is fantastic, but I encouraged her to let us help her raise the money she needs to pay the rest of her deductible and replace what was destroyed without having to give back right now. There is a time and place for giving, and there is a time and a place for being lifted up and held. Let's lift and hold and help Jennifer now. Thank you for your consideration and generosity.
Donations can also be sent via Venmo to me at @JaimeDotan and I will send money in daily batches. Please reference JL when asked "What's it for?" Again, thank you very much for your support.
