My name is Jennifer, and I am a disabled veteran and a mom doing my best to care for my kids. Right now, I am facing a mountain of debt while also navigating a difficult domestic violence case and a fraud and forgery case against my ex. The weight of these challenges, combined with my struggle with PTSD, has made it incredibly hard to keep moving forward. I have always tried to be strong for my children, but the constant stress and uncertainty have taken a toll on us all.

The funds from this fundraiser will go directly toward paying off personal loans I had to take out for legal support, as well as helping me eliminate the credit card debt I’ve accumulated just to cover daily living expenses. This relief would mean the world to us—it would allow me to focus on rebuilding our lives, finding stability, and giving my kids the fresh start they deserve. I have been applying for jobs, but despite my honorable background, work has not come in, and the struggle to get by feels never-ending.

I have always been the person who helps others whenever I can, but now I find myself in a position where I need to ask for help.
