For the past three years, I’ve been running a pop-up food stand making poffertjes, and it’s been an incredible journey. I’ve loved every moment—especially getting to know my customers and being part of the White Center community. Now, an amazing opportunity has come up: I have the chance to lease a small 10x10 building and finally open my own café right here in the neighborhood I call home.

I’ve lived and worked in White Center for the last three years, and I’m so excited to contribute to the area as it continues to grow. Cooking is my passion, and I’ve worked hard to perfect my menu. I’ve been saving what I can from every paycheck, but opening a café comes with big expenses for permits and equipment. That’s why I’m reaching out for help.

Opening this café is truly a dream come true for me. I can hardly believe it’s happening! I’ve always wanted to run my own business, and I know the type of food I make will be a hit in the area.
