Help Jennifers career change from health issues

Hi my name is Jennifer and I'm starting this to help my son and myself put ourselves on a better path after having to leave our jobs due to our autoimmune disorders. My son Isaiah (2q years old) has HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa) and tried to hold a job several times but the flare-ups are too aggressive and painful so our next step is applying for partial disability for him. I myself (50 years old) had to leave my job where I was on my feet 55 hrs a week due to fibromyalgia. I am currently trying to change careers where I can sit and stand at a job. In the meantime I'm scared to become homeless and how I will keep utilities and food etc. I am asking for some help while we are transitioning into something that suits us better where we can maintain our expenses. I'm also looking for any educational help and support for people with HS and fibromyalgia. Maybe there are organizations that could help families like us. I'm not asking for long term help. Just enough to get us through until I'm working somewhere else and Isaiah is on disability. This was a difficult decision for us. I kept working until I could hardly walk and my blood pressure went to stroke level. I finally got to where I just couldn't do it anymore. I am currently applying for jobs I'll be able to do and just need help to keep rent and utilities plus food for maybe two months. Anything will help. Thank you!
