Hello, it's me, Jennifer "Bernie" Bernhard.

I recently had to have major surgery, removing part of my colon, thus putting me in a position where I could not work for approximately the last 5 weeks. I had done pretty good with prepaying some bills and taking care of business, but alas, I am a cab driver and I don't make money unless I'm out there. On top of all of that, right before I had my surgery, I found out I need approximately $2,000 worth of repairs done to my car. I am finally getting better and I will be able to return to work, but I am so behind with everything and I'm very worried. I have had wonderful people around me, but I need more than any one person can help me with at this point. I am reaching out, hoping to put out the tiny fires that are starting to completely overwhelm me financially. Anything sincerely helps, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart in advance.
