I never imagined I’d be in a position where I needed to ask for help, but life has thrown an unexpected and heartbreaking challenge our way.

A few days ago, my daughter was in a terrible car accident. By some miracle, she survived, but the emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming. Our car was totaled, leaving us without transportation—at a time when we need it most.

This couldn’t have happened at a worse time. I’ve been working hard to recover from a mental health crisis and was just getting back on my feet, ready to return to work. Losing our car has set us back even further, making it nearly impossible to get to work, medical appointments, or handle daily essentials.
