My name is Jennifer Platt and I am asking for help from anyone who is able and willing. Recent events have put a strain on my financial situation, and I am facing overwhelming situations. I'm recently divorced and have had some health issues that have left me out of work for a few months and am limited on how much I am able to work now. This has made me struggle to get caught up on bills.

My son has been a huge help, but we both have drained our savings to try and get back on my feet. We need to refinance our house and pay the other person their share, but don't qualify for a cash-out refinance. With that, utilities, and other needs, I'm forced to ask for help. I am still working but can't work enough to get ahead. The doctor has restricted me to working 5-6 hours a day and unfortunately, it may be cut down more or I may not be able to work altogether. I truly hate that I am at this point, but those that know me know I would not ask if I truly didn't need it.

I know there are people who have struggles of their own and times are tough for everyone. Anything will help!

I cannot promise repayment, but I sure will try. If I raise more than what's needed, I will gladly divide and give back or will donate to someone else in need.
