Help Jennifer, Sadie, Maggie & David Rebuild After Tragedy

We are raising emergency support for Jennifer Burns and her three children - Sadie, Maggie, and David - who are facing an unimaginable crisis.

Jennifer’s husband and the step father of her children, once the family’s sole provider, has been remanded to jail on charges of sexual abuse against their eldest daughter, Sadie.

This revelation has shattered the family’s world. Jennifer is now left to pick up the pieces. Navigating trauma, grief, and the legal system -while also trying to care for three children on her own, with no income and no financial safety net.

To make matters worse, the financial situation left behind is dire. There are no meaningful savings to fall back on, only a minimal amount that may last them a couple of weeks at most. The family is facing immediate and overwhelming need.

Legal fees related to the criminal case

Mental health support and trauma counseling
