My mother Jennelle is truly one of a kind. She has always been my best friend, my confidant, and the heart of our family. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering support have shaped my life in ways I can never fully express. Now, as she faces the most difficult challenge of her life, I am reaching out for help to give her the chance she deserves.
After surviving years of medical, emotional and physical abuse, Jennelle pressed forward and opened a nonprofit to help other survivors to help the regain their strength and lives, and regain their trust in humanity…
just at the first run she unfortunately was then diagnosed with Chronic endometrial Pancreatitis, Ehlers Danlos Malabsorption and heart disease…we want to help Jennelle thrive and give her a chance to regain her life so she can get back to assisting so many more.
Jennelle has spent her life helping others. She is always the first to jump in when someone is hurt or sick, organizing food trains to make sure friends are supported and loved. Her table is never empty, with an open invitation to all for holidays and any day someone is in need. Jennelle's generosity and compassion have touched so many lives.
The medical diagnosis is a rare disease, Chronic Endometrial Pancreatiti, only 1% of women with endometriosis are diagnosed with the disease. This means that endometrial lesions have traveled throughout her body and have attached to several organs, including her pancreas.
She has been in the ICU with bilateral pneumonia and a collapsed lung, awaiting a lifesaving surgery. We are incredibly fortunate that twelve specialists from across the country have come together to create a healing plan for her. The rarity of her disease has allowed these surgeons to explore new approaches, and Jennelle’s case may help save the lives of other women in the future. We have been told that we are nearing the last month(s) and need to rush in order to save her life. The surgery will take 13 hours, followed by six months of recovery and radiation treatment to remove remaining lesions. The cost and urgency are overwhelming, and we are working to raise the funds needed to cover her care and support her recovery.
Even in the darkest of times, Jennelle finds the light to make us laugh and smile. She has a gift for reminding everyone that life is meant to be lived—she encourages us to dance even when people are watching, to laugh through our tears, and to remember that we all have a purpose. Jennelle believes you never know what you’re capable of unless you try, and that trying is both the scariest and the best thing you can do.
Jennelle is like winning the lottery of mothers—her love and friendship mean everything to me. Your support, whether through a donation or by sharing her story, will help give her the chance to heal and return home. We are grateful to those who can help and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing with us during this difficult time.
Every day, every step is a gift… help us to help her
