My name is Corinne.
My dearest friend Jenna found out that she has clear cell sarcoma cancer in her foot- she has gone through extensive testing to find out that she will be amputated below the knee. This beautiful lady takes care of an elderly woman as well as an older gentleman who is on the spectrum. She has been out of work for many weeks- any contribution would be a huge help.
To better understand her condition, I have googled the type of cancer she is facing:
Clear cell sarcoma (CCS) is a rare, malignant tumor that originates from neural crest cells and is a type of soft tissue sarcoma. CCS tumors are named for the clear appearance of their cells under a microscope. They usually grow just under the skin, near muscle coverings and tendons, and often appear as a slow-growing mass that feels like a lump or hard mass. CCS tumors can cause pain or tenderness, but only once they become large enough.
