If you know Jenna and EJ, you know they’re the first to show up — spiritually, physically, and emotionally — for anyone who needs it.

As devoted parents, entrepreneurs, and friends, they give so much to their community without hesitation. Now, they’re facing a crisis no one could have planned for — and it’s our turn to show up for them.

In the last two months, Jenna has endured a series of medical emergencies that would bring most people to their knees. After multiple hospitalizations, major surgeries, and a devastating diagnosis, she is now battling necrotic pancreatitis — a rare and life-threatening condition with a survival rate of only about 30%. This is not a quick recovery. This is a long, uncertain road ahead, with Jenna still very much not out of the woods.

The physical toll has been enormous. So has the emotional and financial strain. Jenna and EJ are both self-employed, and the ability to run their businesses while trying to survive this has become nearly impossible. On top of that, they do not have health insurance. With medical bills from just the first three hospitals already exceeding $600,000, and more procedures, specialists, and therapies still expected, the financial burden is overwhelming.

And yet — through it all — they’ve remained positive. They continue to hold onto hope, to love each other fiercely, and to fight for their family. Their strength and faith are unwavering.

But they can’t do this alone.
