Hi there, My name is Dante and I'm hoping to raise the funds necessary to get my best friend and roommate a surgery that would improve her quality of life immensely. She has severe, debilitating Endometriosis and needs a full hysterectomy to reverse/correct the whole host of symptoms that come with the disease. None of the doctors in our area are willing to even listen to her so we want to take her to a specialist in CA. Her name is Dr. Malllory Stuparich at Essi-CA International in Los Alamitos, CA. We've heard nothing but glowing reviews about her and with Jenn's complicated symptoms and other health issues we'd like to see the someone who will listen and understand. However because of insurance and the policies of the specific clinic, we have to come up with all of the costs up front to later try and wave with insurance. Jenn, her husband Adrian and me all live together paycheck to paycheck and we have no savings to make this happen so we come here to ask friends and family for the help Jenn so desperately needs.

We're asking for $15,000 to roughly cover the surgery costs and some left over for emergencies in case the worst happens.

The base surgery cost is $11,750

Pre-Surgerical visit with exam is $900

Consultation is $250

Any other specialists needed with be additional costs along with potential ER and Hospital visits.

Plus hotel and food for however long we have to be in CA since we live in Utah. So we think that $15,000 is a responsible amount to ask for.
