Our dear friend Jenn has battled health challenges since she was just nine years old. She has lived with diabetes most of her life and even though she has strived so hard to manage her diabetes and has taken the best possible care of herself, her diabetes has taken a serious toll on her kidneys, and now she urgently needs a transplant to survive.

While a new kidney will not only save her life, but it will also allow her to get back to doing the things she loves the most, like tending to her garden, canning, cooking, fishing and most importantly spending time with her loved ones.

Jenn has been an active member of the community for years. Whether you know her from church, the school or the local grocery store, you know that Jenn always has a hug or smile waiting for you. Despite everything she’s endured over the years, Jenn has remained strong, kind, and full of life, but the costs associated with a kidney transplant (medical bills, post-surgery medications, travel for treatment, and recovery time away from work) are so overwhelming. All of this alongside their household’s regular monthly expenses.
