Help Jenn Church Beat Breast Cancer

Those of you who know Jenn, know that she takes care of people. It's her superpower. Jenn has treated patients at Columbia Physical Therapy for over 21 years. She consistently goes above and beyond for her patients in the clinic, and sometimes even outside the clinic. Jenn is the first to volunteer when someone needs help. There is no act of kindness too big or too small.

 

Cancer not only strikes a person....it strikes families. Jenn is a loving wife and mother to an amazing 15 year old daughter. She also takes great care of her two rescue dogs. Extended family frequently depend on Jenn for things like rides to doctor appointments and babysitting. Our work family at Columbia Physical Therapy have benefited often from Jenn's giving nature and feel blessed to be a part of her life.

 

In October 2021, Jenn was diagnosed with breast cancer. She will undergo a double mastectomy on 11/12/21. Her doctors in Albany and at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center will decide the plan of attack once they receive the results of her pathology. All Jenn knows for sure is that her cancer is growing rapidly, and she has a very long road ahead of her. Her doctors tell her she will be unable to work for months.
