Our friend, coworker, cousin, fellow Mom, aunt, sister, daughter, autism teacher and advocate, Jenn, is going to inpatient treatment center for anorexia. The program is called Bring Your Brokenness and is located in Florida. Jenn will be in treatment and away from her two boys, her job and her home for 45 days.

Jenn applied and was granted a scholarship from the center to cover some of the costs. The rest of the funds, unfortunately, are not covered by insurance and must be paid out of pocket. When she returns she also will pay for continued outpatient care out of pocket to stay on the road to recovery.

My heart says that not worrying about the money will help Jenn focus on beating anorexia once and for all. As her doctor put it this high level treatment is critical for the longevity of her LIFE!

Any money raised will go to pay the approximate $10,000 needed for the facility, blood work, and other medical cost that she will pay herself upon returning to WV.
