Help Jeni to get a kidney transplant !

Jeni is a 38 year old home maker and a mother of 3 young children aged 15,10 and 8. About a month ago, it was determined that both of her kidneys are functioning less than 10% and creatinine level was 7.5 (Normal levels are between 0.8 and 1.2).Upon further investigation, it was determined that a kidney transplant is inevitable for her long term survival. The exact cause of the disease is still under investigation.
