My name is Jenelle, and I am originally from Jamaica, though I now live in Atlanta, Georgia. Jamaica will always be home for me — and my heart is especially with the families in St. Elizabeth and Montego Bay, who were hit hardest by Hurricane Melissa on October 28th, 2025.

This hurricane has left many families without homes, food, clean water, and other basic necessities. Seeing the devastation in the same communities that shaped me has been heartbreaking, and I feel called to take action and give back.

I’ve decided to personally lead this effort to help families recover and rebuild. The funds raised will go directly toward:

Providing food, clean drinking water, and hygiene supplies to families in need.

Purchasing clothing, toiletries, and bedding for those who lost their belongings.

Assisting with rebuilding homes, including buying materials such as tarps, roofing, and basic construction supplies.

Every dollar will be used with honesty, care, and full transparency. I will personally handle the purchasing and distribution of supplies to ensure the help reaches those who truly need it most. I also plan to share updates and photos along the way so donors can see the direct impact of their support.
