Help the Dalena family

Let’s rally around Jen & her kids during this difficult time. There are a lot of expenses with Mike’s service, Medical bills, etc., and going forward. Let’s help lighten the burden as they figure out exactly what the future looks like for them.

On May 10th my best friend in the whole world and love of my life went to be with the Lord. I can't even begin to describe the pain our house feels. I've had so many questions running through my mind. We really believed Mike would be healed this side of heaven but his body just couldn't take anymore.

He had been through so much since last July. I wasn't ready to say goodbye. The pain our hearts are dealing with is so painful. Yesterday Juju made me a Mother's Day card. She has heard over and over since Mike was diagnosed that God has provided and he won't give up on us. God used her to remind me of those words. He hasn't given up on us so through the tears and pain we wont give up on him.

Mike IS healed! His cancer IS gone!!!!!

Mike was diagnosed with leukemia in July 2024. Since then, the family has been on a grueling path of chemo treatments, numerous hospital stays, and multiple trips to Nashville, where Mike will soon have a bone marrow transplant. They will be traveling to Nashville next weekend to prepare for the start of the transplant process, which begins the first week of February. Mike will be in the hospital for the first 30 days after the transplant and required to stay in Nashville for 60 to 70 additional days afterward for appointments and care. They will be incurring many extra expenses during this time: medical, additional living expenses, gas, and food costs while in Nashville. They have family coming into town and friends helping with the girls, while trying to keep their schedule as normal as possible. Jen will be staying in Nashville and traveling back and forth when she's able to. We would love to lighten this load for them!
