We are reaching out to our friends, family, and our community for our dear sweet friend Jennifer Fender. She desperately needs our help! Jennifer has been fighting a battle with cancer since 2009. For the past nine years there has only been 4 months where she has not been on chemo or radiation treatments. On 9/27/ 2018 she received the wonderful news that her carcinoma was in remission! Jennifer was excited to start living a life cancer free. Unfortunately, three weeks later, after abnormal blood work, she received the devastating news that she would need a bone marrow biopsy. The results from the biopsy revealed news no one was prepared for. Jennifer was diagnosed with Stage 4 AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) Jennifer is in a fight for her life. Most people have no idea the fight, pain, and struggle she has endured because she has put up such a brave front and hidden so much! Jennifer would never ask for herself but as her friends we are asking for her. Please help join us in her fight! Your monetary gifts are needed to help with further treatment. Jennifer has researched alternative therapies; (insurance does not cover these) outside of the United States, these are extremely expensive. Due to the Stage 4 diagnosis, this need is URGENT!
