Help Jen Jeffery with Expenses and Bills
Donation protected
On October 21st, Jen Jeffery took a nasty spill and broke her femur and shattered her kneecap in her right leg. She underwent surgery at St. John Hospital where surgeons used multiple plates and distal locking screws and cortex screws to repair the bone and the kneecap.
Jen is self-employed and will be unable to work for quite some time. The doctors have told her that it will be 3 months before she can even begin to put weight on her right leg and 5-6 months before she's "back to normal." She will have to undergo physical therapy as well as procure a number of home health care devices, some of which are not covered by insurance.
While Jen does intend on finding a Work From Home job as soon as she's home and settled, her income is impacted every day that she is unable to work and as we all know, the bills don't stop coming in just because we're injured or sick.
The purpose of this fundraiser is to help provide Jen with a little financial security while she heals up. Every dollar raised will help pay for her share of the monthly expenses (Mortgage, car insurance, food + veterinary care for her 3 rescue dogs Stella, Odin and Buddy, Electric/Gas Bills, Groceries, etc.) and Medical co-pays and equipment to assist with her recovery.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing. Every dollar helps immensely.
