It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Jennifer Henry.

There are certain people who leave an imprint on an organization that can never be replaced. Jennifer was one of those people.

For many of you, Jennifer was the person on the other end of the phone, the familiar voice who always found a way to help, the trusted partner who followed through on every commitment, and the friend who somehow made your day a little brighter. To those of us who had the privilege of working alongside her, she was all of that and so much more.

Jennifer brought an extraordinary positivity to everything she did. No matter the challenge in front of her, she showed up with determination, grace, and an unwavering belief that things would work out. She cared deeply about her customers, her coworkers, and the relationships she built throughout her career. People trusted Jennifer because she was genuine, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile for others.

Her journey at Beacon was marked by remarkable growth, perseverance, and grit. She consistently pushed herself to learn, improve, and succeed, becoming one of the most respected and valued members of our team. Yet what made Jennifer truly special was not what she accomplished, but how she accomplished it: with kindness, humility, and a heart that was always focused on helping others.

Over the past several years, Jennifer faced a battle no one should have to fight. After courageously overcoming cancer once, she was forced to confront it a second time. Through every setback, every treatment, and every difficult day, she demonstrated a level of strength and bravery that inspired everyone around her. She fought with incredible courage while continuing to care for the people she loved and maintaining the positive spirit that defined her life.

Above all else, Jennifer was devoted to her family. She leaves behind her two young boys, whom she loved fiercely and spoke about often. They were her greatest pride, her greatest joy, and the reason she fought so hard for so long.

At the family's request, there will be no formal services.

While we are heartbroken by this loss, we are also incredibly grateful for the time we had with Jennifer. Her strength, her compassion, her resilience, and her infectious optimism will continue to live on in the countless lives she touched.

Jennifer will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten.
