I was admitted to the hospital with pancreatitis, and while I was there, things took a turn for the worse. I developed a blood clot that traveled to my toes, and as a result, I had to have all the toes on my right foot amputated. This has completely changed my life. I am now using a wheelchair to get around and facing a long road of rehab to learn how to walk again without my toes. Because of this, I am unable to work and am worried about how I will manage in the coming months.

I am reaching out for help because I need funds for living expenses while I recover. I have always been able to get by, even in the toughest times, and asking for help is not easy for me. But right now, I am at a point where I truly need support. I don't want to lose my car or my place to live, especially since I have a 10-year-old son who needs to get to school. Any help you can give would mean the world to us and help me focus on my recovery and being there for my son.
