Hi everyone, this fundraising is for a great friend Jeffrey Tolentino.

Jeffrey is a loving father, a hardworking person and a great friend. He is currently here in Canada as a visitor and because of COVID he wasn’t able to go back home to the Philippines.

Jeffrey is reaching out to our hearts to help him as he battles his medical condition. He had a heart failure that affected his kidneys and is now both at 10% functional. 

Update: 

He was discharge from the hospital and doesn’t have an OHIP and/or Insurance to cover the medical bills. This is where he still greatly needs our help as he doesn’t have enough money for his costly medication and check ups.
