Hello everybody, Jeffrey Schwartz is a member of my small church and is like family to my own. Unfortunately, his house in Altadena was one of the many that were tragically lost in the Eaton Fires. Jeffrey has just started to get back on his feet after losing his job and car last year when this tragedy happened. This was his home for the last 18 years and it was taken from him literally overnight. Little to nothing remains. Jeffrey, or Mr. Jeff as everybody calls him, has shown everyone he has met nothing but kindness. His house and yard were open to our small church for summer activities, fellowship gatherings, and even my own personal baptism. Jeffrey's worked hard on renovating his house on his own and it was nothing short of beautiful. His house was also home to his cats and his tenants, who are also displaced.
