Help us find who shot Jeffery.

Hi my name is Peter,  Jeffery was my brother and he was shot in the head Feburary 9th. He was in his vehicle in the cold for 9 hours without medical attention. He passed on March 1. We are asking for any kind of help for a reward for people to come forward to help find who shot him. Jeffery was known for helping people, so please help if you can.
