Help Jeff Turner’s Girls
Donation protected
As most of you know, Jeff Turner was killed by a drunk driver on December 18th, 2022. This has been an absolute blow to our family. Jeff was 6’8” tall, which means he had room for a HUGE heart. We’ve been comforted by hearing lots of amazing stories about Jeff using that huge heart to help people in need. He would help fix whatever was wrong with your car, weld something together if needed, fabricate all kinds of cool things out of metal and give them as gifts, or just chat it up with you if you needed a laugh.
Jeff left behind his amazing children, Chevelle and Katie (as well as a son who was placed with a close-adoption family). Chevelle and Katie have been slowly trying to build a stronger relationship with her dad, but unfortunately, he’s been tragically taken away from them.
Jeff would help maintain his daughters cars, changing the oil when needed, helped with registration, or replaced tires as old ones were down. Chevelle and Katie are now left to do this on their own, which can be a huge financial burden.
They are also now faced with a potentially huge lawyer bill, as they fight the jerk who took Jeff’s life, in a wrongful death suit.
We will be having a celebration of life for Jeff in the spring time, and some of the funds donated will help his girls make sure he gets one hell of a party!
I am hoping that this GoFundMe can help ease a bit of the pain they are feeling now, even if it’s to take care of some of their personal bills, since they’ve had to miss a lot of work due to grieving their loss.
Chevelle and Katie both have dreams of furthering their education, dreams that Jeff would encourage any time he saw them. Maybe they could use some of this donated money for school, and show Jeff they can stay strong!
Please consider donating any spare money you can, I know Chevelle and Katie could use a little cheering up in this really difficult time. Money doesn’t buy happiness, but it sure can help lessen the hardship they’re faced with now!
Thank you for taking the time to read this and considering a donation. If you can’t donate, maybe just share our story?
And please please please, do not ever drive under the influence!!!!
