On December 31st following a period of sickness, Jeff became critically ill, requiring emergency care resulting in hospitalization. He was admitted to Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital where they determined he is need of a liver transplant. He was transferred to Froedtert Main Campus and is now in the Surgical ICU at St. Luke's Medical Center. The transplant process has since been put on hold due to various issues he is having as other organs have been failing. He is very sick and it looks like the road to recovery will be much longer than we anticipated as we navigate through all of the ups and downs of this journey. We sincerely appreciate all of the thoughts and prayers, and to everyone that has reached out to us in support of Jeff, we thank you!
As many of you know, Jeff is self-employed (Town & Country Beverage) and has not been able to work since November. We are doing all we can to keep up with his personal and business expenses, as we hope and pray that he will be home one day soon and back to work, not having to stress about financial worries as the medical expenses start rolling in. Jeff would never ask for help as he is the "give the shirt off his back" kind of guy, always helping everyone else and too proud to ask for help. But honestly, he will need all of us in so many ways. Jeff loves his family, friends, and business partners/customers/friends, and he needs us now. He just doesn't know it yet. Please help out if you can but more importantly, PLEASE keep him in your prayers!
We Love You Jeff! Keep fighting!
