Help Jeff the mechanic through a difficult time

I recently caught an infection in my leg that has disabled my ability to walk and it is getting worse each day I've spent 2 weeks of the last month in the hospital and they have no answers. I'm getting into month 2 of not being able to work and my bills are already now 2 months behind and I still don't know what's wrong with my leg Everyone that knows me knows I work for everything I get do not ask for anything but right now it's my only option so if I ever came at 3 am or drove 100 miles to come get your car running and you back ok the road now would definitely be the time to return the favor  thanks for any  help .Jeff
