Hi my name is Kim Taylor, my brother in Jeff Taylor (aka) Dicky Doo passed away this afternoon. Jeff was a life long resident of East Peoria, Il . He never met a person who he didn't like. A truck driver by trade but he enjoyed working as an usher or security at Peoria Civic Center. He would give his last dollar to someone to help.
