Hello. My name is Jeff. I am a father of three. I have an 18 year old autistic son, and two daughters(10 and 8). I recently moved from California to Virginia as the cost of living is better here.

Unfortunately, I'm still struggling a little bit. My water got shut off last night and I now have to pay the $165 Bill and $50 reconnect fee. I do not have it.
