- My dear friend, Jeff Farley, has been fighting cancer and needs some help. While he is on his way to recovering, the bills have never stopped rolling in. Jeff has always been a hard worker and has worked hard all his life. This struggle has taken a huge toll on him and his family. Jeff is too proud to ask for our help but at the same time would and has helped any one of us in our time of need.
