It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to you today to share some distressing news about our beloved, Jeff Bohannon—On Sunday May 19, 2024, he suffered a massive stroke.

Jeff has always been a hard-working man, full of life and laughter. Always helping his friends and family in any way he can and widely loved in his community. Currently, Jeff is fighting a battle to regain mobility, speech, and full brain function. He has lost most of his speech and was fully paralyzed on his right side. He is facing a long road to recovery. The medical bills associated with his treatment and specialized rehabilitation are staggering, far beyond what his insurance can cover. This unexpected financial burden has added to our family's immense challenges.

Our beloved Jeff is currently fighting a battle against a severe stroke. On May 19, 2024, Jeff was found in his bedroom floor unconscious in a full stroke, believed to be struggling for hours. Thankfully, with the swift arrival of medical care Jeff’s life was saved.

Though we all remain hopeful, the road ahead is long and arduous. What exacerbates our distress is the grim reality that Jeff’s insurance coverage falls short of the mounting medical expenses. As our family navigates this challenging ordeal, we find ourselves grappling not only with Jeff’s medical condition but also with the financial strain it imposes.
