Help Jeff Nanni Fight Cancer

Update 2/25/26: We're thankful to report that Jeff's PET scan revealed the cancer had not spread beyond his mouth and lymph nodes in his neck! He begins a series of 8 chemo infusions on March 4, with the radiation beginning around the time of the 3rd chemo infusion. Time will tell how much the treatment might knock him down, but he is a resilient guy. His heartfelt desire is to get through this and be well as quickly as possible, so he can be there for his beloved fur family and his clients. We appreciate your continued support and prayers, and will keep you all posted.

Update 2/19/26: Thank you all so much for your generous donations and kind thoughts. Jeff has been able to purchase an inexpensive used vehicle so he can continue to care for his dogs and horses, and get to doctor's appointments. The cancer is on his tongue and in the lymph nodes in his neck. He is really struggling, with painful swelling in his neck, and the excruciating pain and swelling in his tongue is causing trouble with speech and getting any nutrition except through liquids.

Jeff Nanni is a dedicated dog trainer and animal lover who has spent years helping both people and pets in our community. I met Jeff about ten years ago while we were both fostering for an animal shelter, and since then, I've seen firsthand how much he gives to others, whether it's training dogs, supporting friends in need or saving the lives of shelter dogs. His compassion and commitment have made a real difference in many lives, both human and animal alike.

Recently, Jeff was diagnosed with cancer, and the pain has become so severe that it's nearly impossible for him to continue his work as a dog trainer. The physical demands of his job, along with caring for his own dogs and horses, have become overwhelming. To make matters even more difficult, Jeff recently lost his car, which was essential for his work and daily life. Now, with an upcoming admission for invasive treatment, Jeff is facing a period with no income, and he's worried about how he'll pay his mortgage and provide for himself and his beloved animals.

This fundraiser is to help Jeff through this incredibly challenging time. The money raised will go toward his living expenses, ensuring he and his pets have what they need while he focuses on treatment and recovery. It will also help him get a car so he can return to work when he's able. If you can, please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to help Jeff and his animals stay safe and cared for. Your support means the world to Jeff.
