Help Jeff & Madeleine Find a Safe Home for Baby Chance
Our Story
Our son, Chance, was born two months early, weighing just 3.5 pounds. I delivered him at home, and he was rushed to the NICU at UCMC, where he is now fighting strong and amazing the doctors every day.
The truth is, the stress we’ve been under from eviction and having nowhere safe to go caused Madeleine to go into labor far too soon. Now, as we face being forced out of our apartment on September 30th, we don’t have a stable place to bring him home to when he’s discharged in just a few weeks.
Why We Need Help
To make things harder, both of our vehicles have broken down. My truck is barely held together, and my late father’s Buick Regal has major engine problems. Getting back and forth to the hospital has become a daily struggle.
As a Marine Corps veteran, I’ve faced battles before. But this is the hardest fight of my life — not for me, but for my son.
We are raising funds to cover:
• Safe housing so Chance has a stable home to come to from the NICU
• Baby essentials (crib, diapers, clothing, formula)
• Transportation support for hospital visits and future medical appointments
How You Can Make a Difference
Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to creating the safe and stable home Chance deserves. If you can’t donate, please share this page with friends, family, or anyone who may be able to help.
Thank You!
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your support. You are helping us give our son the start in life that every baby deserves.
