Help Jeff (Joad) Sherman Overcome Heart Surgery Costs

Hi Folks! My name is Jeff Sherman, though many of you might know me by my stage name, Jeff Joad. I'm a lifelong musician and a proud father of a talented young autistic man, Dylan, and the husband and best friend to one of the most wonderful people to ever walk this earth, Beverly. Without her support—both spiritually and literally—this old Bluesman would not have made it this far in life. And of course, she gave me the greatest gift of all, our son Dylan. We've been through a lot in our 35 years of marriage, not the least of which was our son's diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder at age 2. But we both feel so blessed for the lives we've been handed.
Last year in December, our son had to have a mitral valve repair done on his heart. He came through with flying colors and is recovering well. Before we had his surgery, I also found out I had some "abnormalities" show up on my own EKG but postponed doing anything about it until we helped Dylan with his crisis. Fortunately, Dylan has insurance through CenCal. The costs for his heart surgery are well into the $100K range. Our share of that, of course, was smaller and we could handle that.
Well, now it's Dad's turn! After having several stress tests and a full angiogram this week, my cardiologist found blockages in all the major arteries to my heart and has suggested what is called bypass surgery. Most people know what that is these days as it's the 2nd most common heart surgery for men my age.
Problem is, we don't have the financial wherewithal to cover what I'm sure is going to be a surgery with costs in the $100K range. Heck, we are currently working on paying our share of the $31K bill for just the angiogram this week.
Can any of you help us?
