To know Jeff is to love him. He would give the shirt off his back to help someone and he has helped many throughout the years. If you know him, you also know what a hard worker he is. The past few years his health has started to fail him but he has continued to push himself. He is now at a point to where his health can no longer wait. He will be having surgery to have his foot amputated due to complications from diabetes. Unfortunately, being self employed all these years, he is without health insurance.  He recently worked hard and saved up the money to pay cash for weight loss surgery hoping to improve his health. This surgery is just another stepping stone to getting him well and back to work.  Please consider making a donation to help him in the meantime with hospital bills, doctor bills and eventually a prosthetic leg.
