Help Jeff Get a Downpayment for A New Car

In September, a guy in a pickup truck reaching for a SANDWICH hit Jeff's Honda Civic and totaled it. He used his emergency savings to put a downpayment on a new car, a 2018 Volkswagen - which then again got totaled by a drunk driver while it was parked last week.
