Hello All,

For those of you that do not know me, I am one of Jeff's three children, Elizabeth.

In June, my father went to the ER for shortness of breath and a cough and was shortly diagnosed with pneumonia and sent home. While he was there, they did a CT scan and some other diagnostics. A few weeks later, my father received a call that he had multiple masses in his lungs, liver, and kidneys and that they highly recommended that he go to see an oncologist. Fast forward 2 weeks and a lung biopsy, my father was confirmed on July 18th that he has Stage IV undifferentiated small-cell lung carcinoma. This has been a shock to him and to all of us as we begin to support him and help him navigate through this difficult time.

This week he will begin radiation and chemotherapy, as some of you know, this is only the beginning of my father's treatment. My dad is currently not working and is waiting for secondary insurance to approve him for his medical expenses. I am making this Go Fund Me in hopes that we can all come together and help him with these unexpected medical expenses, living expenses, utilities, etc.
