Hello, my name is Jeff. In February, just a week before my birthday, I was diagnosed with mucosal adenocarcinoma of my lower esophagus. The tumor is blocking my ability to swallow, and my weight has dropped from 200 to 128 pounds. This diagnosis has made it impossible for me to continue working, and I am now facing a very uncertain future.

I am reaching out because I need help covering the costs of medicine, treatment, and basic living expenses. Without support, I am at risk of losing my home and facing financial ruin while I fight this cancer.
