Hello, I’m Amy and I have created this fundraiser for my husband Jeff. Jeff has Adenocarcinoma appendix Goblet Cell, stage 4 cancer. Jeff is in need of your help. Jeff needs help with copays, supplies, and special foods as he has an ileostomy and there is much he can’t eat, and he needs extra protein drinks which are expensive. Gas for cars is needed as many appointments per week. Jeff is in need of clothes due to losing weight and much needed warm clothes.

We have a large amount of copays for meds and supplies. Gas is necessary for car as we travel for a large amount of medical visits both near and far. Jeff’s cancer center is over an hr away. Jeff has many other appointments both daily and weekly. Jeff must see all of his team both daily and weekly.

Jeff is sad thinking that we don’t have our needs met and that it’s his fault. Jeff,needs to be able to focus on his health and not worry about food or bills.

Jeff, had to leave the work force just over five years ago due to health. Jeff,has had a few heart attacks. Jeff,suffers from what is called Charcot foot from diabetes and

because of ulcers has had two separate amputations of toes. The bones break down and pressure of bones against skin causes ulcers. Charcot foot is not repairable. Jeff,has had a few heart attacks and five years ago a quadruple bypass surgery. Jeff, has had several infections in legs and feet. Jeff currently is fighting a bone infection in foot with ulcer and is on major antibiotics through a PIC line. If it can’t be cleared, he will have to have his leg amputated from knee down… Jeff has a lot on his plate and truly needs rest and to be freed of stress and concentrate on his health…

We have thousands going to collections and need to make payments as well. We appreciate all of our supporters and are very grateful… CANCER SUCKS!!!
