*UPDATE* Jan. 29th 2026: Jeff has lung cancer which has metastasized in his brain.

Jeff's brain surgery was a complete success, now he needs radiation treatment. Doctors are hopeful Jeff still has years left to live so long as he can pay for proper treatment. His doctors want to start radiation next week, but Jeff doesn't know if he will have enough funds to start on the proposed schedule, so he is awaiting an estimate from the clinic. He has been told that all future treatments must be paid for in full and up front. Anything you have to give in this moment will mean more than words can express!

Another huge thank you to the people so far who have found it in your hearts to help pay for Jeff's care so far. We never expected to need so much money to receive treatments, but it appears it will be quite expensive considering just the single visit to the oncologist today costed a whopping $1000! Jeff is looking into a cheaper place to live, and at selling some of his possessions to help pay for his future care, and we want to try and prevent that.

Our dear friend Jeff is currently at the Mayo Clinic facing the fight of his life.

Jeff is a devoted father of two who has always put his family first. In January 2026 his world was turned upside down when, after visiting the E.R. for leg spasms, doctors discovered a brain tumor that they believe to be cancer. He is now undergoing extensive testing and treatment, away from home, while his family waits, hopes, and prays for the best possible outcome.

As you can imagine, this has placed an overwhelming emotional and financial strain on Jeff and his loved ones. Between medical expenses, travel to and from the hospital, time away from work, and everyday family needs, the costs add up quickly—at a time when no family should have to worry about finances.

We are raising funds to help ease that burden so Jeff can focus fully on his treatment and healing, and his children can have the stability and support they need during this incredibly difficult time.
