We’re hoping to help ease the burden of the recent news the Nichols family is facing.

If you know Chey and Jeff, you know they would never ask for anything. Jess and I are hoping that we can get our amazing community to ease their way as medical expenses have already begun to grow.

Just two days before Thanksgiving, Jeff received the difficult news that he has squamous cell carcinoma on his tongue. There is still so much unknown; he is in the middle of additional scans, tests, and consultations. What is certain is that surgery is in his near future, along with significant time off work for both him and Chey and the complexities of post op healing.

It’s still unclear whether his treatment will take place in Southern Oregon or if he will need to travel elsewhere for specialized care. We expect they’ll have more answers in the next couple of weeks.

Jeff is an amazingly strong guy and we have no doubt he is going to win this battle. True to who he is, despite the pain, he already has jokes up his sleeve and his humor is keeping him (and the rest of us) in better spirits ❤️
