Help Jeds get Top surgery

Hello, I’m Jeds, and my long-awaited top surgery is finally booked for 7th June. I am trans non-binary and a disability support worker for queers, who has faced a lifetime of gender dysphoria, this is going to be the best decision I’ve ever made for myself!

I am reaching out for support to reach my savings goal and be able to go through with the surgery. Trans healthcare is extremely expensive and difficult to access, and none of it is covered by Medicare. We often have to rely on the generosity of our community to help, so here I am asking for help.

For people who aren’t familiar with the costs involved:

The surgery $15,000

6+ weeks of recovery to cover rent and bills $4,000
