We are Ali Hart & Shane Leek! Both Brown’s Point residents and friends of Jeanine! As many of you know, Jeanine has had breast cancer and several surgeries over the last five years. She just had her final reconstructive surgery and will be recovering at home with her beloved Frank for 6 weeks. She has held off for a few years getting this last surgery due to the amount of time she has to take off. Jeanine has had Salon at the Point for 18 years and even worked at Art’s in 1988! Because Jeanine is self employed, she will not be earning any income while she recovers. She will still have bills to pay along with medical bills. Here’s where our wonderful community comes in. We are hoping to raise some $$ to take some financial stress off Jeanine. She has no idea we are doing this and will probably cut my hair off next time I’m in her chair!!
