Help Jeanie Mabley

In May of this year, our mom, Jeanie Mabley, found herself suffering from severe abdominal pain. After three weeks and two miss diagnoses, she was finally diagnosed with a twisted bowel and underwent major abdominal surgery . Her recovery was slow and very painful. Dawn flew out to Tennessee to care for mom, as she had become very weak and had lost considerable weight. To complicate matters, her body was also fighting shingles. The day Dawn returned home, Mom started feeling a tightness in the incision area. Fast forward 4 days, and she was experiencing the same severe abdominal pain she had previously. Surgery was necessary again due to complications caused by the scar tissue that formed from the previous surgery. Her recovery this time was dramatically faster and less painful, but full healing takes 12 weeks or more. 
     Because of having two abdominal surgeries, Mom has many adhesions and has not resumed eating normally due to the possible risk of complications. We have located a physical therapy network, called Clear Passage, which treats abdominal adhesions with a very specialized treatment plan. It involves a week of extensive daily therapy. There are no offices close by were she can receive treatment while staying at home, so she must travel and stay in a hotel that week. 
    This Summer our parents have been overwhelmed with car repairs, dental bills and the cost of  medicines for my mom's shingles. She is scheduled for therapy the beginning of November, but all expenses are out of pocket.  We would like to raise $4000.00 to go towards mom's treatment and lodging, so that she can regain her weight and eat normally without fear. Please help us reach our goal.
