Help Jeanie during her fight :(

Hi my name is Ali Devey. I’m starting this fundraiser to help my amazing sister-in-law, Jeanie Randall, and her family as she battles Covid. She was admitted to the hospital with her oxygen levels at 80. She had been to the ER earlier in the week because she was having trouble keeping anything down. She was given meds and sent on her way, but due to her inability to keep anything down, the meds did no good. She went back to the hospital a few days later and when they saw her struggles, they immediately admitted her. On full oxygen, they got her O2 levels up to 90, but her body was just working too hard. They moved her to the ICU and told her she’d need to be in there for close monitoring for at least 3 weeks. She was obviously very concerned for her health, but also very worried about the financial side of things. She is single and has her monthly bills that will need to be met. She just barely started a new awesome job that she was so excited about, but then Covid reared it’s ugly head!!!!

Today she had to be put on a ventilator and sedated as her body needs time to heal and rest. This is what we have all been praying would not happen. She has crystals in her lungs (not sure what that means, but it does not sound good). The last thing we want is for her to be stressed about her everyday bills and those things that honestly just don’t matter in relation to staying alive and beating this awful illness. Her boys and her daughter are worried sick about her. One son still lives at home and is battling Covid himself, but luckily his symptoms are mild.

We know that not everyone can donate and that is 100% ok, but will you please add Jeanie and her family to your prayers and help me share this post. With how many friends we all have, even if a good portion only donated a few dollars, it would make a huge impact on the financial burdens that Jeanie is facing. She is honestly one of the sweetest and funniest people I know. To know her is to love her. She would give anyone the shirt off her back and has been such an incredIble light in our lives. Please help us help her through this difficult time. She has no clue that I am setting this up. She would never ask that of anyone, but how amazing would it be for her when they wake her up to let her know that we’ve all got her back and she doesn’t have to stress about bills for the next little bit.
