Help Jeanette Find Hope and Healing

Dear friends and family,

As many of you know my journey with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer continues.. After months of success, my situation is quickly changing and I need new hope. Unfortunately, over the last few months I’ve been having disease progression with the biggest blow being metastasis in my mouth. What we thought was a bad tooth infection has turned out to be cancer in the soft tissue of my gums/cheek which appears to be an extension of a bony lesion in my mandible (just my luck, I know). Needless to say I’m in pain, unable to eat and having trouble speaking properly. While I await further MRIs and a plan forward, I would love the opportunity to meet with a biological/holistic dentist to see what alternative options I have. I would also love to go to a holistic/alternative cancer center to see if they can help me get the spread back under control and ease my symptoms. Sadly, none of these options accept insurance and all expenses are completely out of pocket.

Despite the challenges over the past 3 years, I remain determined to fight and seek every possible treatment option. However, the financial burden of medical expenses, travel for specialized care, and non-conventional treatment options are astronomical; all prior funds raised have already been depleted.

I’ve had a really hard time sitting down to write this knowing that so many of you have already been so generous. Please know that any contribution, no matter how small, will help fund treatments that give me hope and more time to eradicate this cancer once and for all. I know God has a bigger purpose for my life and we are not done yet.
