Help Jeana Rebuild After the Sudden Loss of Her Fiancé, Eric

On Monday morning, Jeana’s fiancé, Eric Lackey, was in a horrific motorcycle accident on his way to work. He was careflighted to Miami Valley Hospital, where doctors and nurses worked tirelessly to save him. Sadly, the extent of his injuries was too severe, and on Tuesday, August 12, Eric passed away with Jeana, his mother, and a handful of his loved ones by his side.

The loss was sudden, devastating, and life-altering. Jeana has not only lost the love of her life, but also her partner in every sense—emotionally, financially, and in the dreams they shared.

Now, while grieving this unimaginable loss, Jeana is facing the immediate reality of covering rent, utilities, groceries, and other basic living expenses on her own. We are asking for support to help ease the financial burden so she can focus on healing and slowly getting back on her feet.
