I am Robert Stout. My cousin Jean Gragg was shot outside of her house on Wednesday night. Her son was selling a watch to a young man, and he attempted to rob him. When my cousin heard the altercation, she ran out of the house, and the man shot her in the head. She is currently in the ICU at Memorial Hospital, so we are raising funds to help with medical and ultimately funeral expenses.
