On May 18th, Jean Shea tragically lost her son Ethan. Ethan has lived in Chicago for the last 8 years, so Jean and the family are actively working to bring him home and plan his services. As you can imagine, there are significant costs associated with all of this.

Let's take a moment to support the woman who has always been there to support us. There was no member of the Echo family who did more to support the people and culture--crocheting blankets for every new baby, coming in early and staying late to ensure agency events were a success, and all the countless other things she did to make echo a wonderful place to work.
